I’ve just finished reading a good and well-thought out article by one of my favorite political/ socio-economic commentators, Joseph Stiglitz. The Nobel Memorial Prize recipient basically gives his opinion on the policies and sectors that President-elect Trump must now focus on to provide the economic difference he based his campaign on.
For me, the highlight of the entire article can be based on the following comment by Stiglitz:
If Trump is serious about tackling inequality, he must rewrite the rules yet again, in a way that serves all society, not just people like him.
We all hope that he does just that.
